Very bad service as they provide vehicles with out proper check and can cause trouble when planning for long drives and also highly unresponsive customer care as they falsely promised to reimburse me the amount for purchasing two new tyres as the tyres are in worst condition and vehicle error light was on right from the booking and also windshield wiper is broken and upon asking for rectification of the problem they say they don't have any other vehicle and will reimburse the amount if required in the last moment of the trip.

stay away from carzonrent!!! they scamed us and over charged set us up to a driver who lied to us that our hotel is closed and tried to take us to another place if I wouldnt read about this scam at home it could have ended very bad. shame on you!!! Is this the way you welcome people to your country?!

Pathetic experience, car boot got jammed and customer service asked me to get it serviced while the amount can be claimed. Why should i waste my time on repair? Replacement car was not available for long time. I had to return the car mid night and take on rent from other company.

Very bad car service .it's better to close this company. Poor customer service. Poor staff. Don't have any humanity . Neither they refund money and cancel the policy on their own during late night . There are many other car service which r far much better than this service. Worst company. Rating - minus infinity.

I have been using Carzonrent Myles for few years now. I was charged for airport pickup where I waited 2 hours and cought a taxi to this location after no one arrived. The car i was given was not in great condition. Very disappointing experience. Only one thing I can appreciate is the way Mr Ansari dealt with the matter.

Got hold of a mahindra kuv. 18000km on the dial.. Basic car, no power steering, windows or central locking. But the car was in a good condition. The person at the agency was helpful and noted all details about the car. Scratches, dents etc. The cars normally available in Delhi will have a 80kmph limit on em.. That was a bummer considering i was gonna drive it on the open highway n had to go fast at times to make up time. Prices were reasonable if booked in advance. There is a fuel station just adjoining the place. Good for a last minute top up before handing the car back.

Paid 2200 for a Maruti shift which is dented in each angle possible, smells like cigarettes and had to go just 40 KMs.

Service is good. But the place is full of stray dogs. Not over expensive as zoomcar.

We have a really bad experience with this company. We took a taxi service from New Delhi Airport to our hotel. When we arrange the taxi service in the airport, the man placed a different address than the one where we were actually going. When we let him know, he told us that the area name was that and we should not have any problem. Then, we took the taxi and, at the very beginning, the driver was kind, but then, really close to our hotel, he took us to a travel agency, for us “to arrange the hotel”. We told them that we were really close to our hotel, showed him the hotel in google maps and told us that that area was a restricted area, with protest and that he wasn’t able to leave us there, but the office were he was leaving us was a government office so they will help us there. He charged us 500 rupees additional for the waiting time of the discussion and then, in the travel agency where he left us, they were really inquisitive that we should cancel all our plans and arrange everything with them. Anyway, if we are taking a service from the airport, we really expect to get in the place we say. In our second flight to Delhi, we discovered that is much better use Uber from Delhi airport to any place.

Place situated inside the petrol pump on service lane of NH24. Little difficult to access the place as it is inside the petrol pump. Services are good and unique. In near future the company will grow up as more people will come to know about it. The basic is a car rental services. If you want they can provide the service with and without chauffeur.
