My own experience is that it is not to good because the workers are rude and the[⛽ metre starts from 5 not from 0 it's so bad to say that they cheat inocent peoples like us. it is my own experience cause I focus on the fuel metre. Thank you

Worst experience today on 20.6.18 gone to petrol pump to take petrol of rs 1010.00 whereas the person on duty first fill petrol of rs 110 and said that i hear rs110 instead of Rs 1010.00 and fill again rs 900.00 Whithout cutting the old meter reading , it means he fill petrol only for rs 900 . I told to the person on duty you didn't cut the meter reading he replied don't worry it will automatically cut off after putting nozzle on machine .On further review in computer reading in manager room it was found that petrol fill was only for rs 900 , later they give me petrol of rs 110 . Rest you can understand duty persons intention without knowledge of manager . Manager on duty help me thanks to manager.

A small resourceful petrol pump with all amenities.. Very courteous and efficient staff, decent toilets, free air pressure check point and a puncture repair guy available too. You could also update your Pollution certificate.

The Bharat Petroleum Retail Outlet, Vasant Auto Service is one of the leading ones in the Vasant Kunj Area. Other facilities such as free air, basic amenities such as washrooms, Pollution Checking Center are available. Also, one can pay via OTP received for Smartcard in HelloBPCL Application. A customer just has to say that s/he wants to make a payment using OTP in case amount is available in Smartdrive wallet.

Extremely rude & unhelpful manager. Doesn’t have the decency or know-how to speak to a customer, nor exhibit any form of professionalism. Bharat Petroleum won’t care about my 5-6k worth of business, but I’m sure I am not the only customer Mr. Narendra Singh has made BP lose. All of this over me simply asking them for help with petrol. How hard can it be to just be polite to a customer? Extremely disheartened and disappointed, especially over such a trivial thing to begin with.

Poor quality petrol with less quantity, drunken and Pan chewing staff. Worst petrol station in the area. Also the pollution test center in the pump charges more from people. If slightly old vehicle comes, the staff would demands extra cash saying your reading is too high and a certificate cannot be issued. But upon bribing, every data comes to normal. Also they don't accept UPI and want cash everytime.

I stay in Vasant kunj, in my entire life came two three time to fill up my tank Trust me Adulteration is there in his petrol,avg reduces drastically...kindly avoid

I'll tell you guys honestly. These guys here are scammers. Big scammers. We told to put for 250/- clearly and he just put for 100 and didn't restart the meter too. He was trying to distract me by pointing to go ahead and that the atm swipe machine not working. He just put for 50/- on the 100/- and told he restarted and put for 150/- i tried to argue, but my friends was not having it and told to let go telling God will judge them(I hope he does). Why the police is not intervening in this matters.
