Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited

This pump is located adjacent to Pocket B-7, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Place is spacious and handle multiple four wheel vehicles at a time. Tyre puncture repair shop and PUC centre is also there. Rest room service is also available.

This is my first hand experience with the BP petrol pump near Masoodpur. The worst in terms of customer service!!! Employees are impolite and rude. One needs to think twice before asking any questions. Because you may not get a friendly reply.

For V Kunj best place to fill fuel.Has CNG also and a Feptl Store. Best is airfilling place , whose Muslim owner just died. A poor lame young boy readily fills air into your vehicle tyres and only expectation is Rs 10 as tip.

Small petrol pump but managed well. Most of the times I use this petrol pump only to get the petrol. They should improve on the cleaning part.

The petrol sale man try to act very smart n dupe ppl . Sometimes he say electricity went off ....n u don't know how much petrol is filled he will say 200 ka fill hua tha n he add 1800 ka more if u had said for 2k . But u don't know wether petrol was filled of 200 rs or not.A smart way to dupe ppl !

Thugs running this petrol pump. Standard modus operandi of stealing - happened to known persons, my spouse and me. You ask for fuel for 1000. 2 people from pump will come. One will show the Zero on meter and start filling up. The other person will divert your attention and ask whether you will pay by cash, card, Paytm .. Suddenly the first person will stop when 200 of filling is done - the second person will clarify that it is not 200 but 1000 and he will clarify with me. Now, the second person will rebuke the first person and ask the first one to fill Rs. 800 more. The second person will do so and fill up Rs 801 and some Paisa to show that he is so sorry. After sometime you realise that everything is staged a d they have given you fuel for Rs 800 or Rs 801 and not for Rs 1000. I know that this petrol pump is owned by a notorious politician from Bihar (he does recently) - so, not worth engaging with this goons. But, want to draw attention of the residents of the fraudulant practice that is happening in the heart of Vasant Kunj.

It is a fully automated refilling center. One can get fuel with ease and convenience. Although, sometimes there is traffic and one has to wait for some time to get the fuel. In addition, they have facilities of checking air pressure in tyres and filling the air. PUC center is also there, on can get the pollution certificate from there. Moreover, this place has a public toilet, which is not cleaned most of the time. Furthermore, they accept payment through various methods such as cash, cards and mobile wallets.

This petrol pump is conveniently located next to Vasant Square Mall in Vasant Kunj in South Delhi. Apart from fuel this service center also offers free air and paid pollution check service. The timing of the pollution check service is from 9 am to 8 pm. The behaviour of the staff is cordial. Being located next to Masoodpur Market ensures marketing and fuel refuelling can be done in the same trip.

Petrol Pump is cheating people by putting less fuel and staff is very rude and unprofessional especially the person with with one eye misbehaves and talks very rudely with people. Management should take action against that person and should investigate the corruption of putting less fuel going on in petrol pump

I always fill petrol in both of my vehicles, as they never cheat anyone, but sometimes their POS payments machine doesn't work and ask for cash
