I usually don't write reviews but the interior design service provided by Bent Chair was amazing! Buying furniture online is usually a task but they made the whole process really easy. There was complete transparency and the sales team was always available for my queries. I will highly recommend Bent Chair if you have any furniture requirements.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀, 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 In April 2023, we purchased nine pieces of furniture from Bent Chair, drawn in by their striking designs. However, our overall experience has been deeply disappointing due to poor material quality, subpar assembly, and inadequate customer service. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀 Each item we purchased had significant flaws, ranging from poor paint finishes to faulty hinges and unstable assembly. Below is a summary of the key concerns: - 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 (𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲): The resin finish on the tabletop was poorly executed, requiring three replacements. Despite this, the final product still displayed grain imperfections, resembling a spillage stain. - 𝗢𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘁: The hinges used were of inferior quality, requiring technician visits on multiple occasions. Within a year, they failed completely, rendering the cabinet unusable. - 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲: The tabletop, expected to have a high-gloss finish, arrived dull. No amount of buffing restored the intended shine. - 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗩 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: The gold coating was uneven, with visible brush strokes, compromising the aesthetic appeal. - 𝗞𝗮𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱: The hinges were unable to support the weight of the doors, causing the doors to loosen and rub against each other, leading to wear and tear. - 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱: The drawer mechanism was replaced three times but remains faulty. Additionally, the magnetic closure for the swing door failed within a year, preventing the door from shutting completely - 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝘀𝗯𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿: The only product that did not present major issues, aside from minor paint imperfections. - 𝗠𝗲𝗻 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲: The decorative cloud elements detached easily. Eventually, we had to reinforce them with superglue. 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Out of nine products, only one met expectations. Given the premium price point—exceeding ₹10 lakh—the quality did not align with the cost. The issues encountered significantly impacted the usability of the furniture. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 & 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 Our experience with Bent Chair’s customer service was equally frustrating. Replacement parts took extended periods to arrive due to manufacturing being based in Chandigarh. Raising complaints required submitting multiple online tickets, even for recurring issues. Despite ongoing problems, once the warranty expired, all further repairs became chargeable, regardless of the product’s continued malfunction. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁 While Bent Chair excels in aesthetic design, the execution and durability of their products fall short. Their lack of responsiveness to quality concerns and after-sales support makes it difficult to recommend their furniture. Given our experience, we would advise potential buyers to proceed with caution, especially when considering the long-term usability and service reliability of their products. **Side Note:** I usually avoid writing negative reviews for brands, but my experience with Bent Chair has been frustrating enough to warrant this detailed review. It has been literally an ordeal to deal with you guys !! A torturous ordeal !! Absolutely third class service ! You guys have been a disappointment of the highest order. We want a full refund for our king size bed for our master bedroom - plus compensation for first - such a blunder from a furniture company to goof up basic sizes ! second - the long , never ending delay in delivery!! SHAME ON YOU! We paid extra to make the bed even bigger than the king size , should have been delivered well before Diwali ! Turns out that the bed is a queen size !! And seems to be it’s still in production !! You guys have made mockery of our softness and patience !! We want our money and compensation for bearing the brunt of it all for so damn long - fully and at the earliest !! Absolutely no remorse , no empathy towards clients ! Totally inadept CRMs ! PLEASE KEEP THE BED WITH YOURSELF. REFUND OUR MONEY AT THE EARLIEST!!!

The brand has lost its value. At the time of placing an order, it was informed that the product will be delivered within 45 days. Upon multiple follow up, it was informed that it in designing phase. Once I lost interest and cancelled it, I didn’t get a refund. It’s almost 6 months I have been following up, and I haven’t found a suitable response. They want to place an another order and pay extra amount to recover the cost. If the product was in designing phase and some material was used, I am pretty sure that material must be used in some other product. Started as a big brand, its seems it has lost trust, at least in my eyes

From just the initial discussions I had with bentchair's BD team I can say this business is unscrupulous. Even after two visits they failed to provide prices in a transparent manner. They quoted 50-55k per seat and later quoted 65-67k per seat. The sofa that I liked was confirmed to be a two seater (by 2 people, and on WhatsApp) and later at the time of pricing they told me it's a three seater. After seeing their reviews I had already decided to buy only finished pieces and nothing on custom order, but they are a complete waste of time. If their staff was honest and transparent from the start instead of trying to push more and more furniture to buy on you, this could have been avoided. Use your efforts to be upfront, if your discounts are slab based, share the slabs with your customer on their first visit. Overall, I found their manner of conducting business shady.
