Bent Chair Flagship Store - Mg Road

Bent Chair is one of the best premium furniture stores in Delhi. We purchased the envy sectional sofa for our living room. It looks amazing!

Compared to cost, its pathetic service and very poor quality product. I have spent more than 1L on a product and they said to manufacture new and delivered a poor quality product. Their one showpiece i bought from store was joined by glue and parts broke off at home and just unbelievable poor quality. You spend more than 1L for this rubbish quality and they dont even send their installer, rather they sent carpenter from urban clap by paying them 250 who even didnt do the job and returned..Poor quality, no installation team and pathetic service then why not buy from karol bagh or janpath...we paid premium for such pathetic product and service....would never recommend anyone to go for bent chair products.

A luxurious space, it's a must visit if you are looking for interior design solutions. They have the widest range of contemporary and modern furniture and home decor. The premium design of the products are to die for and the very experience of the store is one of a kind.

Received the Donne sofa yesterday and it looks beautiful! Best furniture shopping experience online. The staff was really supportive and helpful throughout.

Had a bad experience with this brand - Though I was also very surprised. Bought a coffee table, customised the frame color and a complete different piece was delivered - wrong dimension, wrong stone. Thought the was collected and refunded within a week but I didn’t expect this from a brand

Bought Simone Sofa & Tire Table 3 years back it is still looking new. Love the comfort, style & quality. It enhances the beauty of the space. Many products are in my wish list…🛋️

Loved the store! Found the staff to be really warm and supportive. Their furniture collection is premium and affordable. I think they are the best interior designers in Delhi!

One stop solution to furnish your home at affordable prices. The design and sales team went the extra mile to help me design my bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place to get your home designed by the best interior designers in Delhi.

Bent Chair material is reasonably fine products but their staff is liar and makes all false promises to customers about delivery after taking 100 percent payments . I had complaint about a table top to owner Madam Natasha Jain where she blocked my number by saying I don t attend customers which is very arrogant behavior of a DIRECTOR of a company .

I bought a sofa from Bent in 2021 through online order for Mumbai and it was a seamless process. They shared designs based on my ask, were always available to answer my questions on WA/ call, sent me swatch samples to approve upholstery & delivered exactly as promised. The delivery was also well done, with the sofa well protected. Pls do make sure you have the door wide enough as their protective wood packaging makes it very large.
