Ambiance - Beautiful restaurant and bar area, you can sit in open roof area or inside both are comfortable and perfect for your special treat. Music- Great music that drag you to the floor. Food- Allmost all the options available in both veg and non veg meals moreover taste is worth going hence delicious. Service - staff is polite and professional moreover quick and prompt in service. We visited Indore and chose this place for clubbing Sharing my experience here. 1) Entry is free 2) Club closes by 11:30 3) We were 4, the waiter asked us to have a minimum bill of 4000 4) Regarding bill the waiter charged extra 200 extra on each item and also multiple charges were added, I highly recommend to check the bill thrice before paying. We requested to waive the service charge per the supreme court order, but they forced us to pay it. also, they were insisting on paying using UPI Over and above the staff was very arrogant and rude when we made requests to them. After reading lot of positive reviews we decided to visit this place for my bday. Loved the place and the vibes I will rate 5 star for the place, ambience and sound tracks which were been played. But I was not at all happy with food. We had ordered Alfredo pasta, veg pizza and salted fries. The chicken is Alfredo pasta was so hard that I could not chew it when we spoke to the chef he said that the chicken is boiled but the chicken was not boiled it was maybe fried or maybe it was stale chicken. Second I had the veg pizza the base of thin crust sud be crispy but this was looking like subji on roti there was no salt absolutely bland food.. tasteless food. Unacceptable Behaviour: I had a terrible experience after I had already paid the bill. As I stepped out, a staff member—behaving more like a clown than a professional—came running after me, accusing me of not having paid. Even after I calmly showed the proof of payment, instead of apologizing or showing any sense of embarrassment, he arrogantly remarked, "Now you can go." This one incident clearly reflects the appalling standards of service and lack of basic customer courtesy. I strongly urge the owners to take serious note of such behaviour. If this is the kind of staff you’re trusting with your customers, you’re only accelerating the downfall of the entire establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
