The venue is astonishing and food is amazing but what makes is special is the service and the enthusiasm of the food and beverage team who are very cordial and always ready to make sure that you are comfortable. Ok so they follow a cover charge policy where you have to spend a minimum of ₹1000 per person. Got it! But found some unethical practices linked to it. Unethical conduct # if your bill is even ₹3900 (4 people) something you still have to cover it buy buying something that is absolutely gonna be waste of money and resources! # if you don’t take or buy anything, your money will be taken (deducted) without availing any service/food. Hence you are forced to buy. # they have printed on the menu that they leverage 7% service charge and they are persistent to take it. Even after you ask them that you cannot take service charge and is completely voluntary according to the law (CCPA). I got it removed in the end. Took approx. half an hour to get our final bill ready. Personal note/ opinion - I agree to the cover charge policy but 100/200rs should not matter much. Food # Food was ok overall. Margarita pizza was nice 👌🏻 # Drinks ( mocktails ) were average. # can be a bit pricey but I understand with the ambiance they provide. Very disappointed with the owners Saurabh Bhadoriya, Abhay Singh Tomar and Sharavan, for new years we booked a table in prior and also offered to pay an advance and also went on 31st eve to confirm but at new years evening they canceled the table and asked for 35-40k at entrance for table. They missbehaved a lot, not only the male staff Ashish but female staff Shivani and Pooja also. We paid money and told them that some of our members will be coming in sometime, they said okay. But at the time other members came they again asked for more amount, we paid that also. Their service and behaviour is ridiculous. Never ever plan anything at their property. If you are in Indore or planning to visit...this place is a must go , believe me you are going to be in love with this place. The ambience is super cool. The food was delicious specially Dahi k kebab, and the service was satisfactory. Please be aware that service tax is included in the bill which i didnt find a good n honest practice. The DJ provided excellent entertainment. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Came after 6 years from US and was looking for a rooftop dining place. Me as foodie person was looking to explore new place. Skyhouse not only met but exceeded the expectations I was having.
