Please don’t buy from Purple Creation b coz he is only outlet. He is not manufactured. He only takes order and supply from other manufacturers. Once he take advance give response 50% & after 100% payments not take response and not attends call. He is fully fraud. Staff behaviour is very bad after payment received.

I have machines of 3 companies, apart from these all are working well. I bought 1 machine from them 3 months ago which cost me Rs. 14,000 and in 3 months their machine did not yield even 1 kg of goods and it broke down. I got it repaired once over video call and once again got it done with the help of local people and now it broke down again. If you are expecting a service then forget them. And that Ankita ji has something different going on. Don't keep talking like crazy, all your hard earned money will be wasted and time will be wasted, that apart, there are many trustworthy companies in the market. don't trust them, totally fake if you contact them thay never respond

My experience with Budhrani Machines has been extremely disappointing. I purchased three machines at once, trusting their promise of a one-stop solution. Unfortunately, the outcome has been far from satisfactory. The pulveriser’s motor doesn’t work, the mini printer is ineffective, and their after-sales service is practically non-existent. Despite repeated follow-ups, they rarely respond or provide any support. I’ve been left following up every day with no resolution. I strongly urge everyone to carefully go through customer reviews before making a purchase from them. Don’t repeat my mistake.
