Woman sitting in the shop is very very rude. She got no idea how to talk to a customer. When I went first time there, they told me that repairing a guitar neck would cost Rs.1300 but I bargained for Rs.1000. They didn't agree, but when I came after some time and agreed for Rs.1300, she asked that it will take Rs.1700 now. How cheap she was.
They can provide you service for your instruments. Didn't have enough stock but can order any thing. Good place in Indore for queries and if you know what you want they can get it in given time.
Do not go to this shop. 1. First of all they don't know how to talk to customer. Especially that lady's attitude is way too rude. 2. They dont have really good quality instruments or even accesories. 3. I don't think if these people know anything about music, or even how to do business. There are way better shops in the city, You deserve better when you spend your money :)
They charge super lot from innocent kids and students. Charged 600 from me just for truss rod adjustment and hardly any fret adjusting. BEWARE OF THE OVERCHARGING... if you have an another offer go there
