Dear Dr. Anurag Bhargava, Sir I, Dr. Subhash Patidar, am writing this notice regarding the unacceptable delay and lack of communication concerning my brother’s facial treatment/surgery.Approximately 4 months ago, I visited your hospital along with my brother for consultation. During the consultation, you and your team advised a face CT scan (₹4500) along with a consultation fee of ₹800, which we duly completed as instructed. Despite complying with all medical advice and making multiple follow-ups, there has been no update regarding the next course of treatment. There has also been no discussion or explanation of the CT/MRI reports. I have visited V1 Hospital twice and made several attempts to contact your team, but have not received any proper response.This continuous delay and lack of communication raise serious concerns about negligence in patient care and professional responsibility. Such conduct is unacceptable and has caused mental stress and inconvenience to the patient and family. Failing which, I will be complaind to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you and the concerned hospital authorities for negligence, deficiency in service, and mental harassment, at your own risk, cost, and consequences.
