We had a cataract operation done for my father in law with the doctor at Rajas eye hospital. The overall experience was really nice. Doctor Urvija is a very talented and polite doctor. The only problem is with some staff who cannot reply with a smile. That makes the waiting very difficult. If we are given appointment of a particular time and we are patiently waiting for an hour, and if asked why it’s getting so late please reply with the same patience and smile.
