He is soo unprofessional, I went there asking them that my daughter has a severe stomach pain since night they asked me come over to clinic “Child Care”, for two hours I was sitting there waiting for sir so that he can see my daughter, but they moved me from duty doctor to some child room for two hours i waited for Doctor Rawat and when increased I asked again can you ask sir for some urgent diagnosis but they all ignored and now I’m taking my daughter to some other doctor

Very nice Dr. And nice treatment

Dr Rawat is really good but their appointment process is really bad, you will waste hours on every occasion. And their reception staff is highly inefficient and unprofessional. I stopped going there because it waste a lot of time due to uncertain wait, which is taxing on the sick child and mother.

Dr. Sushma Rawat is one of the Genuine person I have ever met. The way she treated her patient is amazing. she is a pediatrician but she also treat other patient also me and my family take treatment from here. she always encourages us to live a healthy life without take medicine in a natural way. Me too get healed from many diseases by her guidance if you are in search of a genuine doctor for any advice please visit this place you won't regret. May God bless her and she may continue this good work for many years.

Worst experience ever . Inexperienced staff . Illiterate receptionist and last but not least Mr. Rawat doesn't have etiquette to deal with patients . He invites all the patients at one time and not efficient to handle them all , later he realized its too late he has to take rest first so they ask patients to go back after wasting whole day. Child care hospital does not give value to other persons time. They think patient have only work to come their stupid hospital to take worst services . They give appointments but give time after 4-5 hours later. They are worst in understanding the definition of appointment.

Dr. Sushma Rawat is an extraordinary person. She is very devoted to her work and patients and gives them ample time. Her treatment is more holistic in nature and works wonders. The treatment is focused not on finding a quick fix for the disease but taking into account emotional and mental aspects of health. Excellent doctor not just for children but as an adult I've benefited from her treatment tremendously. Helpful and friendly staff.

यह डॉ अपनी उम्र के हिसाब से अनुभव नहीं रखते है ये ठाकुर है और इनमे क़ही अकड़ है ठाकुरो वाली मेरे बैठे को मेने इनको दिखाया जब 2 दिन दवाई लेने के बाद तबियत सही नहीं हुई और लगातार उलटी और दस्त और पेड़ दर्द करता रहा मे तुरंत मॉर्निंग मे लेकर गया तो डॉ के असिस्टेंट बोलते है नंबर लगा दो मेंव बोला बच्चा 3-4 दिन से कुछ कहया नहीं और तबियत ख़राब है आप अर्जेंट मे दिखावाकर टेस्ट करवा लो तो बोलेसीरियस नहीं है नार्मल है फिर मे डॉ के केबिन मे गया पर वो बोले आप बैठे आपका न आएगा ककी सेरियस नहीं है बहस मत करो पुलिस बुला लूंगा अब डॉ को इतनी समझ नहीं है क्या बात करना है कौन अर्जेंट है कौन नहीं तो क्या इलाज करेगा भाई ठाकुर साहब है रावत जी आप समझ सकते हो सीरियस का मतलब क्या होता है ये डॉ साब समझ नही पर रहे इनमे ये समझ नहीं है की बच्चा कितना परेशान है ये क्या इलाज करेंगे इनका काम है भीड़ इकठ्ठा करके बैठे रहने दो और 1 घंटा देखो फिर भीड़ इकठ्ठा हो जायेगा फिर आकर देखो घर उप्पर है तो बस आराम करो स्टाफ इनका बत्तमीज़ है कोई manners नहीं है इस से बेकार डॉ नहीं देखा मेने जितनी देर इसने मेरे से बहस ककारी इतनी देर मे तो पशेट देख लेता घटिया डॉ है

Dr Sanjeev Rawat is very good child specialist.

I had a very disappointing experience with the clinic’s management today. I called the receptionist just 5 minutes before arriving and was told to come, but when I reached, they informed me that I would have to wait another 1 hour. This could have easily been communicated over the phone. The doctor is very good and experienced, but the management and appointment handling are very poorly organized. Hope they improve their communication and scheduling so patients don’t face unnecessary inconvenience.
