Worst experience ever have crue is not cooperative no drcipline worst company ever found in world
Staff is not good 3rd class behavior of staff talking very roodly and they close their shop before time
Please change the staff..they don't know how to talk with customers and there behaviour really what to say... Really very bad experience..
They are lierers be aware,in start they said it's boat service centre ,in the end they will say it's not boat service centre.atleast change its name in Google map, lierers
Worst ssrvice experiance
The staffs behaviour which is very poor, they don't know how to communicate with the customers.
Very bad behaviour. Only 2-3 people staff took almost 1 hour just for consultation and employee behaviour is like it's your fault we don't care.
Staff's behaviour pathetic. Nt given proper solutions. Very disappointed and all staff members are very proudy, don't know hw to talk.
So i recently went to boat service center for my basshead 103 replacement. Well, i would recommend you guys to get the token first even before reaching the centre as it would definitely save ur lots of time so all you need to do is WhatsApp ur product's invoice, ur name, shipping address, ur email address and ur number after sending all the above details, you'll get the token number after getiing the token all you need to do is visit the centre nd show the token number.
Don't know how to talk to customers. My boat earphone stop working they told me to come on next day to get the token in the morning then we'll call you next day accordingly that's how boat give customer service.
