The delivery experience was fine, but overall quite disappointing. I purchased my TVS scooty during the Diwali offer, but only received a 5 pcs steel dinner set — very unexpected from the TVS group. During booking, I was told that I would receive a vehicle cover and some gifts, but after making the full payment, the staff kept changing their statements, saying, “It’s not included in our policy.” Even the helmet provided was in very poor condition — dusty and clearly a display piece. The showroom experience after payment was also unpleasant, as the staff didn’t even offer basic courtesy like a glass of water. Honestly, I expected a much better and more festive experience from TVS.
