Best experience and nice service

Had a great experience at the Rentomojo Indore store. The staff was very helpful, professional, and courteous. Special thanks to Deepak Kumar for his excellent support and polite behaviour. He explained everything clearly and patiently answered all my questions. Overall, the service was smooth and the customer experience was excellent.

Very poor and disappointing service. I had placed Order No. 2632575, which was later cancelled by Rentomojo, but even after cancellation, neither the items were delivered nor the refund was processed on time. I had to continuously follow up, but there was no clear communication or accountability from their side. Customer support is extremely slow and unhelpful. They keep customers waiting without giving proper answers. This experience caused me mental stress, time loss, and inconvenience. A company dealing with customer trust should never operate like this. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking anything from Rentomojo. Very unprofessional handling and poor customer experience.
