Excellent Bus Service, except that wifi didn't work on my journey

The services of this agency is worst......never trust this agency.. never use their services for courier and anything.....even they are not providing their services on time. And they do not tale care of our thingsss

Worst services, there are no switches for AC vents, not satisfatory bed & bedsheets are not der, Wastage of money in the name of volvo & multi xl... Dont even try this agencies services...

Worst experience, i reached in time but I am waiting for the bus for 2 hours . They are not telling the reason why bus is getting late and after they shifted in other bus which is not going to my stop ,by saying that it will go.don't book ticket from them.

Itna batmij staff kabhi nhi dekha maine. Or bus timeing ka tho ky hi bolu. Inka tha hak hi nhi bnta ki ye log koi travel services de kisi ko bhi. Actually jab maine book kiya tab my review check krna hi bhul gya. Ek bar dekh leta tho itna presan nhi hona padta. Inki bus se achha tho gadhe per daith jata. Our eek bat btou aap bus valo ko apni life me jitni bhi gali suni ya di ho vo sab tum apne aap ko de Dena meri trh e ! Ki tum log isi layk ho. BC.

I book my two seat ac from bhopal to surat for leady. start time give me 5.30pm but start bus within 6.30pm and bus was not sreenath, than indore drop bus at 11.00 pm and say if u can go surat your wait not fix may b late night 2-3.pm and not any facility at indore stop like drinking water, bathroom, ya any seating area for wait and not safty responsiblity. Local employer says if u countinuse this trip u wait for bus if bus come u can go but office closed at 11.30. shreenath travels not responsible for your waiting arrangement for that ya u can cancel your trip in indore. Very very bad shreenath travelrs for long traveling.

One should avoid these so called travel companies.. they have booking offices on rent tie ups with other bus owners they have nothing of their own... I booked an online ticket to somewhere and there was no such seat number actually present physically in the bus so as there was a lot of bookings and no available seat I was shifted to a local bus which otherwise I would have taken by myself if I had wished to... so what's the use booking tickets from these scoundrels? They take money for AC bus travel and you'll end up sitting in a local bus.. despite my complaint and sharing my problem they did not compensated me... if emergency and no other option visit the office and take physical ticket as the working is manual.
