The worst ever bus I have traveled. The bus quality is very poor. Staff behaviour worst. Basic things like curtains and separation door from driver compartment is not available. The answer of the staff will make u feel like hit them on the face utter irresponsible, fools. Ventilation quality is utter poor in so called AC bus. If u want to make it journey miserable choose these guys.

Driver and conductor's behaviour is very bad. Even after speaking 10 times, the bus did not stop to urinate at the petrol pump or any motel. He stopped the bus at an empty dark place and abusively asked the female passenger "If you want to go for pee, then go, the bus will not stop at any petrol pump or motel. The driver must have stopped the bus anywhere on his own free will." There is no proper timing of arrival and departure of buses.

We travelled from prayagraj to Indore on 16/2/25 by there Intercity bus there conductor is very bad he is talking very rudely, not stoping the bus for washroom and for food. His name is Pawan thakur , there Indore centre also not responding very well. Very Very poor service.

Worst... don't book this bus. Prayagraj se indore ke inhone 2000 se 2200 rs charge kie uske baad b rastey mese lagabhag 14 savari aur bethai ab bus puri local bus ki tarha hogyi hai..smell kar rahi hai. Bus corridor me per rakhne ki jagha nahi hai for reference photo add Kiya hai maine. AC sleeper bus k naam me bevakuf banaya.

Deal shreenath bus travles Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent bus journey I took from Ujjain Dewas Gate to Mumbai. The experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The bus departed with a delay of over 2 hours from the starting point (Ujjain Dewas Gate) and was further delayed by approximately 8 hours during the journey. The scheduled arrival time at Goregaon was 9:15 AM, but we were forced to disembark at Mulund Check Naka around 4:15 PM due to excessive delay. Moreover, the driver was smoking cigarettes and weed while driving, which is not only highly unprofessional but also poses serious safety risks to passengers. To make matters worse, beer was being sold inside the bus, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for travelers. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I request that appropriate action be taken against the driver and the management responsible for such negligence. ⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Unprofessional & Harassing Experience I had a terrible experience with Shrinath Tours & Travels – Indore. We chose to book through their agent instead of online platforms like RedBus or MakeMyTrip because we were travelling urgently and needed lower berths for elderly ladies. Unfortunately, the agent never informed us that children below 10 need separate tickets, which created major issues during boarding. The bus, which was supposed to come at 4 PM, arrived around 6 PM. When the bus finally came, the staff started rushing and shouting at us. Instead of helping, they threw our luggage on the road and behaved aggressively. Several men surrounded us, threatening us, telling us to “get down” and even saying they would not refund anything and we can “complain anywhere, even to the police.” For a family that had already paid ₹6000, this behaviour was shocking and completely unacceptable. The bus was also extremely unhygienic. We specifically chose non-AC because of winter, but the bus was stinking terribly, seats were dirty, and overall it didn’t feel safe or comfortable at all. This entire experience felt harassing, unsafe, and unprofessional. Our only “mistake” was trusting an offline booking agent instead of using a reliable online platform. This was by far the worst travel experience we have had while travelling from Indore to Ayodhya. Not recommended at all. Please be careful before booking with them.
