It's bus is completely empty .now bady travel this bus because it's not reach timely. Now a day is winter so cold , not proper windo and gate close .

Very bad experience.. bus was not clean at all and seats are dirty, reaching 1 hr delay to the destination pratapgarh 12:00am while depart at 5:00pm takes 7 hr to reach there.. we will never book this bus next time..

Bus got a fault in morning there was no one to help we waited for 2 hours nobody came to repair the bus even the helpline wasnt responsing conductor and driver were very ignorant and the owner didnt even responded we had to book other vehicle to continue and not only us other travellers also did the same as on asking for half refund the person in mandsaur misbehaved Very poor service People are ignorant and were misbehaving even on asking Do not recommend this to anybody Utter waste of money and time

"Terrible Experience, Never Again" "Our journey turned into a nightmare when the bus broke down. Despite calling the helpline multiple times, no one answered. The conductor and driver showed no empathy and ignored our requests for assistance. After waiting for 3 hours, we had no choice but to book another vehicle at our own expense. To make matters worse, when we asked for a partial refund, the staff misbehaved and outright refused. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing!"

Nice bus and dropped at location at right time .

Ek number chor hai. Humne isse ticket book karwayi mumbai ki aur 4 baar pucha ki bus kaha ayegi usne kaha ye hi ayegi aur end moment me rickshaw karwa dia aur kaha ki rikshaw wala drop karega aur phir rikshawa wale ne humse paise liye 100rs. Baat paise ki nahi ethics ki hai. No ethical at all. Pata nahi mere review se kitna hi fatk padega lekin jo cut to cut paise lekar aye wo paise kaha se denge. Aur aap ticket book kar rahe ho aap responsible ho ye batane ke liye ki bas kaha se milegi. Phir uske baad humko book karwana hai ya nahi ye humara lookout hai. Cheater hai ek number ke mai to 1star bhi na du, lekin review dene k liye ek star to dena hi padega
