Very bad behavior of cunducter never try to travel on this bus
Seat shown in redbus not same and behaviour of staff is rude.

I was travelling through Indore to jbp ...nd. if i am talking about my experience is wrost with wrost conductor nd facilities provided by the barkoti bus service...like they carry local passenger nd whole bus carry unpleasant smell..Its not over slider Is not working properly ..like I have to wake up 4 hour before my destination..nd the staff were not cooperating ...we are paying more than AC bus in emergency nd service are very poor...I never ever book ticket in this service......it dont want to rate this service......
Very poor service No customer responsibility Today at 10:30 PM I booked a bus ticket from Sagar to Indore via Begamganj route and the bus left from Vidisha. When I called the driver and customer care number, they asked me why I did not call before booking the ticket.
The Barkoti bus service from Sagar to Indore is terrible—specifically the staff and the service provider, Satyam Singh. They state one route but end up taking a completely different, delayed path. They changed the route without any prior information or updates; when questioned, the response was simply, "Take it or leave it." The bus service is absolutely awful.
