Best service, mutiple buses to all over..

Worst service availabe by him. Driver n conducter both misbehave with female passenger.Bus driver allowed every passenger to sit in bus just like ST /SC bus

Bus is neat and clean. The overall service is good but only problem is with the timing. The bis did not reached at destination on time and it seems it never reach on time as mentioned. The bus was late approximately by 1 hr.

very bad service plz don't cheat to others I booked ticket INDORE to KOTA. but Bus not come and I trouble on way. and my money not refund by gagan. and when I called to travel agency no. they didn't attend my call. and said never bus after 9.30 and I had very important official work. but gagan fraud to me so I will case fill against gagan tourist.

Worst service ever Never book a bus from gagan tourist One seat has two bookings Driver and conductor are drunk while driving They'll rash drive at night and scare all the passengers On the top of that they have very bad attitude if you confront them What's worse is the driver will leave the bus in the midway of road and will disappear!! And conductor will have guts to say that you take another bus from here on if you want to reach your destination, we don't care. People like them should be handed to police for sure.

I had worst experience with thiss company. They charged for ac bus but gave us a non ac bus . The condition of bus iss soo bad . Very untidy, not comfortable at all . Not a good journey at all . Don't even try to experimence this . They are not receiving our call and not taking our problem seriously. One of them picket up a call and taking rudely . Worst experience.

They promised to give ac bus but they give us non ac bus and if we are calling them ,they are misbehaving and being rude to us. Our problem got unlisten .we are really disappointed by the service. They need to improve their services and staff .

I booked 16 ticket from new Delhi to pune from Gagan Travels but in Delhi they send a third class bus from harsh travels... There is no blanket available in Ac bus, seat was also full of dust see below points 1-I booked ac but got non AC Bus. 2-Very dirty seat full of dust. 3-In night there were so many mosquitos. 4-No blanket is available(in night weather was very cold) 5-there are so many mouse inside the bus. 6-Behaviour of driver and conductor is so bad. 7-It was already 3 hrs late, in night bus got damaged and took 5-6 hrs to repair (bus condition was already poor it's like bullock cart) --I will upload bus condition and mouse ss which I clicked and recorded
