Not at all good .early booking will cancel at the time of departure and very bad in timing specially for indore - Guna route 8.15 bus it's better to take charted bus or any other service worst experience
The bus pick up timing was great and the time taken for the entire journey is amazing. But the pick up experience wasn’t good. I called the host several times but he didn’t pick up the phone. I’d to call the helpline number only then I got to know about my bus.
Worst experience – immediate action required Main Sendhwa–Indore bus (MH23W3852) me दिनांक 30/12/2025 ko travel kar raha tha. Staff member Kundan ne hume galat dropping point bataya aur jhuth bola ki bus aage nikal chuki hai. Mere saath meri wife aur chhota bachha tha, phir bhi hume paidal chalne ke liye force kiya aur battameez tareeke se baat ki. Ye aadmi bus ki entry par baith kar gutka kha raha tha, wahi jagah jahan se passengers chadte hain. Live tracking bhi band thi, aur jab baad me humne bus pakdi, tab bhi isne apni galti nahi maani aur aur zyada battameezi ki. Aisi ghatna bilkul unacceptable hai. Bus number MH23W3852 ke staff Kundan ke khilaf turant strict action liya jaye.
