Around 8 months before I reviewed the babu travel in a very negative way but now it is much improved than before. All my complains are sorted They maintained a very good Hygiene Staff support Bus condition. I recommend it as a good choice. Well done Babu travels.

Well maintained bus And polite and helpful staff. Had booked sleeper bus from Indore to Delhi. The staff assisted in boarding the bus at the location requested by me. Bedsheet, blanket and pillow provided were clean. The bus washroom was also hygienic. Had a comfortable journey.

Worst bus service I am experiencing right now. Please don’t book this pathetic bus service. The buses are in poor condition. Aç does not work in the bus. The staff is rude and illiterate. I am travelling in bus number 5653 This is my current experience The purpose of this review is to aware all the travellers about the pathetic services these people provide.

The journey was so pathetic,i boarded the bus from indore to delhi the driver was so rude, my mother was not well she wants to go to the washroom but after saying so many times to stop the bus at nearby stop but he didn't and ended with the pick up point only . The drivers are not at all cooperative,not behaving properly, the bedsheets are dirty and very bad experience. Do not opt if you are having family members with you.

Worst service Even at transport no any washroom available....no sitting chairs .. pathetic staff was also very pathetic, if passengers paid lots of money for these hospitality atleast they deserve clear washroom at waiting area

Itni ghatiya bus service hai fraud hai ye log ticket book karke time se 1 gour pehle hum khade the bus stop pe syi hi ni Bahar se nikal gayi bypass se...aur jhooth bolne lage ki humne call Kiya tha...refund ke nam pe bhi mana Kar diya....koi travel mat karna bhai.

I have booked this bus (Bus no. AR11D5353) twice this week between lucknow and indore and I wanna seriously raise this concern, I booked 3 seats and the back seats of bus have zero visibility from the window the windows are covered with stickers from outside which makes absolute dark inside the pod and their Ac was also not working properly or maybe the drivers intentionally switch it off to save fuel. I asked for seat change or any other option they decline and the bus staff also misbehaved very badly. I would never recommend BABU travels to anyone, terrible bus service and buses. zero comfort, zero hospitality and they made me feel so claustrophobic in their bus with zero visibility from the window. A representative from Babu Travels called me at the time of departure to inquire whether I had boarded the bus I explained my predicament to them, but they offered no solution. I suggested that if there were any other vacant seats on the bus, they should allow me to switch even offering to pay extra if necessary but their representative flatly refused, claiming they had spoken to the driver and that no seats were available. In reality, seats *were* available, and I was forced to book additional seats at my own expense specifically ones with at least some visibility through the window just so I could complete my journey. The journey became so tough for me to travel 17 hours in their bus from indore to lucknow as I had no other options available last minute. Furthermore, the very next day, they didn't even seem to recall what difficulties the customer had faced or what complaints had been lodged the day before. Shamelessly, that same representative called me again to say, "We hope you had a wonderful journey, if you give us a 5-star rating, we will offer you a 15% discount on your next trip." NEVER TRAVEL WITH THIS OPERATOR.
