I've booked ticket from indore to Delhi...and it was the horrible experience..the bus met with an accident in midway at 3.00 am..some passengers were injured too and also the bus staff was not so helpful..they denied to take responsibility of the passengers..as a passenger we were waiting there for another bus (at 3.30am) but they didn't send any other Bus and we didn't get any refund by them..I suggest everyone if you want a safe journey please never trust on babu travels
