Very bad service. Stuck between the road and no buddy is responding all mobile are switched off..even tata company also not responding.

Worst bus experience ever. I was supposed to reach my destination by 2 PM, and it’s already 8 PM. Maps is still showing another 2+ hours of travel. The bus was already 2 hours late at pickup, and on top of that, they’re now making passengers switch to a local bus from a certain point—something that was never mentioned while booking. The service is absolutely terrible. They don’t even bother answering calls. I had to call around 15 times before someone finally picked up when I called for an enquiry. Honestly, choosing this bus was probably one of the worst travel decisions I’ve ever made. Extremely disappointing service and a complete waste of time.

Very pathetic experience. They take unreserved passengers in bus. The bus is being dirtied without adequate supervision and discipline.used diapers thrown inside bus with no action. The toilet was also locked. Also it started 1.5 hours late from scheduled time and reached 3.5 hours late. No time discipline Bus got punctured on d way also reflecting the quality of bus

Very Disappointing Experience – X Elite by Gautam Travels (Indore to Mumbai) I had booked the 6:30 PM bus from Rajendra Nagar (Indore) to Mumbai. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very frustrating journey. The bus broke down at Sendhwa due to a technical issue, as informed by the driver. After that, the bus was running extremely slow and we only managed to reach Dhulia around 6:30 AM. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, the bus remained there for almost 6 hours for repairs. The bus finally restarted at 12 PM, and we reached Sion at 7:30 PM — almost an entire day lost. This kind of delay is unacceptable for a professional travel service. There was no proper communication, no alternative arrangement, and no accountability. Passengers were left waiting without clear updates. I strongly suggest the operator ensures proper vehicle maintenance before departure. This experience was highly inconvenient and disappointing. I recently traveled from Indore to Mumbai on the X Elite by Gautam Travels bus Before the trip I read a lot of reviews online and most of them were quite negative which honestly made me a bit worried and gave me a bad impression of Gautam Travels even before I boarded But the reality turned out to be completely different from what I expected The bus arrived right on time at the pickup point We had dinner around 9:30 PM and the stop was clean with decent food options My dropoff was scheduled for 6:30 AMand I actually reached around 7 AM only a 20/30 minute delay which is completely normal for overnight travel The seats were comfortable and I managed to get proper uninterrupted sleep throughout the journey The driver maintained a steady safe speed throughout no rash driving or sudden braking which made the whole trip feel secure The bus was clean and well-maintained and the staff were courteous and helpful whenever needed Charging points worked fine which was a nice bonus for a long journey Overall this was one of the best travel experiences Ive had so far It really proved that online reviews and realworld experience can be two completely different things Thank you Gautam Travels for a safe and comfortable journey

I booked my travel from Mumbai to Varanasi on 16-04-2026. The journey from Mumbai to Indore was just okay, but after reaching Indore at 12:30 hrs, they shifted us to another bus operated by Rahul Travels for the Indore to Varanasi leg. Honestly, this is a trip I will never forget. Rahul Travels' bus was supposed to depart at 16:30 hrs but arrived at 17:00 hrs, and after cleaning, it finally started at 18:30 hrs. There was no proper seating arrangement in the waiting area, nor any drinking water facility. The bus from Mumbai to Indore was in good condition with clean bedding and proper air conditioning. However, the bus from Indore to Varanasi was pathetic. The bedding was torn and dirty, the AC was not working, and the charging points were non-functional. They also dropped us in Varanasi 3 hours late. We booked tickets for ₹6,100 per person, yet they didn’t provide a single bottle of water on either bus, which is unacceptable. We paid more than a first-class train ticket, but the facilities were substandard and far from satisfactory. Many of us choose these long-route buses due to train ticket unavailability or emergencies. That doesn’t mean travel companies can take customers for granted after charging such high fares.

Extremely poor and irresponsible service by X Elite Agency. I booked 2 seats from Indore to Mumbai, but the bus broke down within just 1 hour of departure from Indore. Passengers were left stranded on the roadside for more than 3 hours without any proper assistance. No replacement bus was arranged, and neither the driver nor the agency provided any clear update. I had an emergency and could not wait any longer, so I was forced to book a cab at my own expense to continue my journey. This has caused me significant financial loss, inconvenience, and mental stress. Despite repeated calls, there has been no proper response from the agency, and my ticket amount has not been refunded yet. I demand an immediate full refund of my ticket fare and compensation for the additional expenses incurred due to your negligence. The bus is beautiful outside, but the mechanical condition of the buses is poor, with vibrations and slow running. This travel service is actually an unbilled luggage carrier from every stop en route, stopping everywhere for local village travelers to sit in the cabin. Do not rely on them, I am surprised why Redbus and Makemytrip list such poor buses on their website; in case of breakdown, they fold their hands. Alert from such low-cost, beautified outside buses. Today a 50 km stretch on the highway all the travellers had to pick a local vehicle to reach Indore.
