देवास से रीवा यात्रा के दौरान बस ड्राइवर अभिषेक दुबे के व्यवहार और टिकट/सीट बुकिंग की प्रक्रिया को लेकर बेहद गंभीर आपत्ति है। हमारी जानकारी और अनुभव के अनुसार, ऑनलाइन बुकिंग में सीटें उपलब्ध नहीं दिखाई जा रही थीं, लेकिन बस में ड्राइवर द्वारा यात्रियों से सीधे पैसे लेकर सीट उपलब्ध कराए जाने की बात सामने आई। इससे टिकट बुकिंग व्यवस्था की पारदर्शिता पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े होते हैं। यदि ऑनलाइन सीट उपलब्ध नहीं थी, तो ड्राइवर के पास अतिरिक्त सीट किस आधार पर उपलब्ध थी और उसका भुगतान किस खाते/प्रणाली में दर्ज किया गया—इसकी बस मालिक/प्रबंधन द्वारा जांच की जानी चाहिए। यदि वास्तव में यात्रियों से नकद राशि लेकर बिना आधिकारिक टिकट या मालिक/कंपनी के रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज किए सीट दी गई है, तो यह कंपनी के नियमों और यात्रियों के विश्वास के साथ गंभीर अनियमितता हो सकती है। बस मालिक/प्रबंधन से अनुरोध है कि इस मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर ऑनलाइन बुकिंग रिकॉर्ड, सीट उपलब्धता, टिकट रिकॉर्ड और ड्राइवर द्वारा प्राप्त राशि का मिलान किया जाए तथा यदि कोई अनियमितता पाई जाती है तो उचित कार्रवाई की जाए। यात्रियों से भी अनुरोध है कि यात्रा के दौरान टिकट और भुगतान का प्रमाण अवश्य रखें। ऐसी व्यवस्था से यात्रियों को आर्थिक नुकसान होने के साथ-साथ पूरी बस सेवा की विश्वसनीयता प्रभावित होती है।

I strongly recommend not to travel by X-Elite, I have paid requested fair from Mumbai to Ujjain, very poor experience Unhygienic condition No water in toilet No water bottle serve Poor behaviour of All the drivers & managing person There was no stop for morning breakfast No stop for lunch Lastly I suppose to drop at my location that is ujjain, but they have drop me at Indore and they said catch other bus they will not take fair from you.... What kind of approach is this?

Very disappointing experience. Despite charging a high fare (₹2300–₹2400), the service was extremely poor. Random local passengers were allowed to board throughout the night, making it feel like a local bus rather than a premium service. There were frequent arguments and disturbances. The bus stopped at multiple unnecessary points, and the main door made loud noise every time it opened. The bus was also delayed by around 2.5 hours (which seems to be a regular issue). The washroom, which was a key reason for booking, was poorly designed and practically unusable. Even at scheduled stops, there were no proper washroom facilities. Overall, not worth the money at all. Would not recommend.

Travel from Hanumana to Indore. The scheduled departure time was around 7:15–7:20 PM, but the bus arrived at the boarding point only around 10:00 PM. Because of this extreme delay, I almost missed the bus. Another major issue was that the bus shown on the app was an orange bus listed as “X Elite by Gautam.” However, the actual bus sent was a pink bus with “Parak” written on it. Since the bus name and appearance were completely different from what was shown in the booking details, it created confusion and made it difficult to identify the correct bus. Sending a different bus than the one advertised is misleading for passengers. The expected arrival time was between 9:00 and 9:30 AM, but it is already 2:16 PM and we still have around 100 km left to reach the destination. This shows a huge delay in arrival as well. Overall, this has been one of the worst bus travel experiences I have had. Poor punctuality, misleading bus details, and excessive delays caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I am giving the lowest rating so that the company understands these issues and improves their service. I would also advise other travelers to avoid this bus service until proper action is taken.

Wish i could them 0 stars. Fraud opearators. I was traveling from Indore to Rewa on 22 Aug,2026. I stepped out of the bus to pee and informed the driver but they left me at ISBT bhopal. I complained through redbus but they said that customer completed his journey.

3rd class passenger management staff is very rude and your luggage may got misplaced and when you will complain for same they starts misbehaving with you specially rewa office please donot use instead of this use other bus service who actual cares for there passengers. Big 0/10 for experience and service

PATHETIC I booked my journey from Bhiwandi to Gorakhpur, In midway they made me wait for another bus to countinue my journey and after 4 hours they boarded us on a completely different bus to countinue journey onwards for Gorakhpur. The new bus has no sheet which was promised, no washroom that was promised and pathetic over-all. Never board a bus by X-elite that made you change the bus midway on your journey, NEVER EVER 🙏

Worst bus service. I have booked ticket from Mumbai to Indore for me and my friend. They cancelled my trip just 1 hours before the journey saying that due to vehicle breakdown. Very worst team and service. Please don't book your ticket from this bus later you'll regret.

I had a ticket from Indore to Mumbai on 17-6-2026. MP 09 DB 5050 is the bus number. It broke down and left the passengers stranded for 3 hours (7PM-10PM) close to pithampur and there was no proper response until then. The customer service numbers didn't pick up even after multiple attempts to call them. There is no point of a refund if the bus breaks down which couldn't be repaired and moreover there was no arrangement for a new one or communication from the company. Horrendous service. I have travelled with X-Elite before but will make sure not to do so anymore.
