X-Elite by Gautam Travels

Kalyan to Indore Traveling experience was pathetic. Bus came late 1 hour late, Again breakdown near Indore, AC problem. I was supposed to reach by 11 and actually vreached by 2.30

This is very bad thing.. they share female passenger number to someone and he called me again and again.. it's a big request to not to share anyone mobile number and maintain privacy

Bahut hi ghatiya service hai Ye akhiri travel hai mera X elite ke sath Driver, attendent, kuchh bhi sahi nhi hai

FAKE!!!!! READ CAREFULLY!!!!!!!!! They are totally fake people, dont book with them, they have so big attitudes and wont even help. I booked ticket a day before and at last moment they cancelled my reservation saying their bus broke down, while they are still selling the same bus at another portals for higher price and the exact same bus. This is totally absurd and they steals you money so you have to book at higher price and give you endless pain. They will ruin your trip and left with only high price option. The person Hitesh and their employee will treat it so casually like it is not their problem. I have call recording of them ignoring, treating casually and just remembered their bus aren't new and will keep breaking. I will file a legal complaint to bus association, you guys read this and beware!!!

Worst and slowest service. Driver has no intent to reach in time. No traffic and no toll then also it’s more than 4 hours late… Don’t go for this unless and untill it’s an emergency….

Great experience, good bus, on time , restaurant where they stopped bus was great , clean washrooms also bus was comfortable, as compare to other buses, only problem I faced was the leg space. There cabins are small as I'm a 6.2-6.3 feet tall guy. AC was good , and over all cleanliness was also good. Also they provided bisleri water bottles , snacks (chips , mazz) , clean and proper folded blanket.

Not Happy With The staff All they want is local passanger and money, not bothering the passanger who bookes ticket may get affected by the local passanger Just like city bus
