They cancel buses at the end moment,I was going for an important interview at Indore and just give minutes before the departure time I got a WhatsApp message saying the bus is cancelled,I tried calling them but no response was received.please do not book from here.

Worst experience with this travel agency... Despite of knowing that the bus is facing issue they used the same bus and the bus broke down in middle of the highway twice... We boarded the bus from Indore at 5.50 pm in the evening and were about to reach Mumbai by 7.30 am in the morning, but we are still in Dhule with the broken down bus with no option to travel in the early morning at highway... Driver is irresponsible and rude...

"My recent trip on Gautam travels was fantastic! The bus service was excellent customer service was great. the seats were comfortable & also very clean, making the journey pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommended!“

X-ELITE BY GAUTAM TRAVELS comfortable, well-maintained buses with amenities such as A/C and clean seats, professional and courteous drivers who drive safely, and reliable and punctual service. Booking apps with real-time updates and user-friendly interfaces are also praised for making travel smoother, as is excellent customer service from both drivers and support staff.

Extremely disappointing experience with X-Elite by Gautam Travels. My bus was cancelled at the last moment without any proper update or alternative arrangement. No call, no message, just a last-minute shock. The staff was unhelpful and there was zero communication or responsibility taken. Would definitely not recommend booking with them — totally unreliable!

It was nice experience. Good driver Mr. Umesh Pandey
