Fraud,took extra money, didn't took calls when we needed the manager on trip ,we called nearly 15-20 times as it was urgent and he was like why are u calling. If anyone want to confirm contact me..

Recently I booked my himachal bagpacking trip with trip capsule this is my first experience with trip capsule and honestly trip capsule is my forever trip partner they fulfilled all commitments they said I enjoyed meadows of shangarh jibhi snow in Manali and the best part of the trip is their friendly coordinator who is also cinematographer who make drone shot of our tour thanks team trip capsule for making our journey memorable

Awesome trip to manali with trip capsule, specially camping at kasol. Good hospitolaty and ready to adjust everything accoeding to our need. Good job hemant ji keep it up

I am giving one star because there were no options of giving NO STARS at all !! IT WAS PATHETIC, please do not book camping atleast through this organisation. No proper management for tents, it was layed around the entire property that they have. They put over 200 tents and that too so close to each other that people were having constant inconveniences even while walking. The tent was suffocating, they had kept it just like that in a trash, between ants and insects and there was no body to be attending our concerns or requests at that point. People had to shift tents and take the matter in their own hands as none of the organizers were present on location at that time of the event and when people started asking refund, because they were promised something completely different and given something really different. Now we come to the ambience and vibe. Except the lightings, the speaker was pathetic, it was of a local quality, the dj played the music for 10 mins (all local music) and then went off the property, we had to vibe on the music of the other parties going beside us, the food was indescribable. It was kept in the open with no lids, used and dirty tissues were there , lying on the same table as the food, no body to serve the food or check if something is needed to be refilled or anything, the rotis were kept inside in a room , down on the floor, the washroom was unisex and there were 400 people in the premises and only 6 washrooms, that too the water was over , there wasn't any soap , it was dirty and what not. No restrictions for Covid was taken, no identity card was asked. After a point when the things went out of hand , the organisers left , unnoticed, and then everyone ( who paid or didn't pay) , who had or who didn't have the pass were able to enter the party were all in there because there was no rule and no one to check the band on the entry. So please don't make the mistake of being here.

Great service, communication and also assisted with finding us with accommodation with a family room. Very happy overall and will use again. Thank you Tripcapsule.

Must recommended for my travel enthusiasts. The organizers were so cooperative and supportive, they took very well care of our needs and comfortable. Totally satisfied!
