In a market flooded with online options, it’s refreshing to find a local business that combines top-tier products with expert knowledge and genuine customer care. I highly recommend SHIV DRONE SERVICE AND SOLUTION for anyone looking to buy a drone or leverage drone technology for their business.
Excellent drone repair service! The technician is highly skilled and fixed my drone quickly at a reasonable price. Very professional behavior and clear explanation of the issue. Highly recommended for all drone pilots. 👍🏻 …
Giving this shop a 0 rating. Even after being a buyer, their behaviour with customers is very poor. They show videos of another product and then refuse to show or explain anything properly. The way they talk is unprofessional and their prices are very high. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The shop may look authorised and professional from the outside, but the service is not good at all. I will never buy from this shop again and I do not recommend anyone to purchase from here. Please be aware they are only focused on earning money from buyers instead of providing proper service and a good buying experience.
Very bad, very bad, very bad experience with this shop. The moment you try to ask anything, their behaviour completely changes. They act rude, unprofessional, and totally careless toward customers. They show videos or details of one product and then refuse to show the actual item properly. It feels completely misleading. Honestly, the way they deal with buyers makes them look like scammers. They just want to earn money from customers without giving proper information, proper guidance, or proper service. The shop looks authorised and professional from the outside, but the reality inside is completely different. Their prices are unnecessarily high, their attitude is disrespectful, and they do not value customers at all. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I will never buy from this shop again, and I strongly do not recommend anyone to purchase from here. Please be aware and careful there are many better places where you will get genuine service, proper information, and a much better experience.
If you are looking for a completely trustworthy place to get your drone repaired or to buy spare parts, Shiv Drone Indore is hands down the absolute best! Bhai explained the issue with my DJI Mini 3 so clearly and thoroughly that every detail made sense to me. He is a genuinely kind person, extremely humble, and provides 100% official and authentic DJI original products. Zero compromise on quality! His way of explaining things over a phone call is just amazing and gives you full confidenceAnd Bhai, I am really sorry if it ever felt like I was disturbing you by calling repeatedly; please don't take it to heart! I just genuinely enjoyed talking to you and learning from you, which is why I called so often. If anyone wants to get their drone repaired or needs genuine parts, I strongly recommend getting it done only from Shiv Drone Indore. Best service, original products, and a great soul to talk to! ❤️ — Yashvendra Singh
