Good stationary all items are easily available and good in price

I want to share the worst experience I’ve ever had at a stationery shop, so all my viewers, friends, family members, and relatives can avoid it. Recently, I visited this shop to buy some basic stationery items, but the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. The staff had the worst behavior I have ever witnessed—they were rude, careless, and completely lacked basic manners. Instead of helping customers politely, they acted as if serving people was a burden. It was shocking to see such disrespect in a place that deals directly with students, office-goers, and everyday buyers. They didn’t answer questions properly, ignored my requests, and even spoke in an arrogant tone. A stationery shop is meant to be a helpful place for people to get their essentials, but here, the experience was stressful and unpleasant. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this shop. Businesses that do not treat their customers with respect and politeness should not be running. It’s better to go to shops that value their customers, provide good service, and maintain proper etiquette. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy at a shop where the staff has no manners or sense of professionalism.

I had a horrible experience at this shop. First, they called me number of times that "humari prices sabse kam hai" for my child's books for St. Paul school. I went and bought the entire syllabus from them, 2 of books have some printing error as some pages in each of them were missing. When i asked them to be exchanged, they said "publisher ki mistake hai hum kuch nhi karenge aap ja ke publisher se baat karo". Both, their ladies / gents simply don't know how to talk to customers. I will never buy anything from this shop and won't recommend either this shop to anyone. I am adding to my review this line onwards looking at owner's comment on my review, to show what kind of lie this shop spreads, that i went with used books to get them changed 🤔.. Completely false and lying. Bhai hum b school se padh likh k nikle h. Itni akal hai k likhi hui kitabe wapas na hoti h na karni chahiye. Apne behavior me sudhar le aa ho sake to aage ki reviews achi aa jayengi.
