Best in service, have taken 2 ovens from them, when i got the second oven there was a dent in it and when i told miss shabnam about it she replaced the oven the very next day, thank you shabnam.
Very unprofessional attitude from this owner. Product quality is very poor. Machine is not working properly from the 2nd day of purchase.
Excellent service. Have purchased two ovens single deck and took the delivery. Later noticed dents on sides of one of the oven (which may have caused due to transportation). However we called Ms. Shabnam to send someone for repairing and the very next day the oven was replaced with a new one. Couldn't expect better!!! Thank you. Thecookietailor
