Despite paying service charges twice within six months, the machine issue was not resolved properly. For the last one month, our calls have not been answered, and we have not received any satisfactory response from the company. We have preserved all the relevant records, including payment receipts, invoices, WhatsApp chats, and call recordings, to support our experience. We hope Machinery Point improves its after-sales service and responds responsibly to genuine customer complaints.

I purchased bakery equipment worth approximately ₹15 lakh from them, and it has been one of my worst business experiences. They installed the machinery nearly two months after delivery. The spiral mixer developed problems within just one month, and the oven became defective within two months. Even after repeated calls and messages, nobody is responding properly or providing technical support. Their machinery quality, installation service and after-sales support have all been extremely disappointing. After receiving full payment, they appear to have no concern for the customer’s losses or production difficulties.
