PRAYAG RACKS FACTORY INDORE

Nice installation, some material less recieved, overall satisfaction

⭐ 1 Star – Calls Ignored, Very Unprofessional (l I am writing this review from Jaipur, and my experience with Prayag Racks has been extremely disappointing. Despite repeated follow-ups, my calls were continuously ignored by MD Bhushan and Tejaswini. When senior people themselves avoid responding, it clearly shows the level of professionalism in the company. There were serious delays in delivery and installation, and even after full payment, there was no proper coordination or accountability. The quality of the racks was also below standard, with poor finishing and fitting issues. This caused unnecessary stress, loss of time, and impacted business planning. For anyone in Jaipur considering them, please be very cautious. Highly unprofessional. Not recommended.

We had a tight requirement for supermarket display racks and went to Prayag racks Factory India in Indore. The rack manufacturer team understood our needs, offered good quotes for centre gondola display racks and wall mounted display racks, and delivered on time. For anyone searching for “display racks manufacturer Indore” or “storage racks Indore”, this is a go-to place.

Our retail shop recently upgraded our interiors with display racks made by Prayagracks Factory India Private Limited, Indore.

I had one of the worst experiences with Prayag Racks. From the beginning, the team was highly unprofessional and careless. Commitments were made confidently, but none were delivered on time. The quality of the racks was far below expectations—poor finishing, misaligned parts, and clearly substandard material. Installation was delayed repeatedly, and even after multiple follow-ups, there was no accountability or proper response. Customer support is almost non-existent. Once the payment is done, they stop responding seriously. Every call feels like an excuse, not a solution. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would strongly advise staying away. There are far better and more reliable rack manufacturers in the market. Not recommended at all
