Jaliwala Innovations – Service Feedback / Complaint बहुत ही निराशाजनक और परेशान करने वाला Service Experience! Jaliwala Innovations से product लेने के बाद मेरी after-sales service का अनुभव बेहद खराब और निराशाजनक रहा है। किसी भी समस्या के समाधान के लिए customer को बार-बार follow-up करना पड़े और फिर भी कोई स्पष्ट जवाब या समाधान न मिले, तो यह निश्चित रूप से अच्छी customer service नहीं है। मेरे oven के thermostat को लेकर मैं काफी समय से परेशान हूँ। इस संबंध में मैं लगभग 10 बार फोटो भेज चुका हूँ, लेकिन इसके बावजूद अभी तक समस्या का कोई उचित समाधान नहीं किया गया है। बार-बार फोटो भेजने और follow-up करने के बाद भी यदि customer को कोई स्पष्ट update नहीं मिलता, तो यह काफी frustrating है। इसके अलावा, Chandan Kumar का पहले support अच्छा रहा था, इसलिए उन्हें Good Rating दी जा सकती है, लेकिन वर्तमान में उनसे भी फोन पर संपर्क नहीं हो पा रहा है और फोन उठाया नहीं जा रहा है। सबसे बड़ी समस्या यह है कि उनके अलावा भी कोई ऐसा staff नहीं मिल रहा है जो मेरी समस्या को properly handle करके उसका समाधान करवाए। मुझे एक nozzle की भी आवश्यकता थी, लेकिन उसके बारे में भी अभी तक कोई proper update नहीं दिया गया है। आखिर customer को बार-बार पूछने के बाद भी यदि यह पता न चले कि सामान उपलब्ध है या नहीं और कब मिलेगा, तो customer के लिए यह काफी परेशान करने वाली स्थिति है। सच कहूँ तो मैं इस service से बहुत ज्यादा irritated और disappointed हूँ। Product खरीदने के बाद service और support के लिए इस तरह लगातार परेशान होना बिल्कुल भी उचित नहीं है। कंपनी से मेरा स्पष्ट अनुरोध है कि मेरी शिकायत को अब seriously लिया जाए, thermostat की समस्या का तत्काल समाधान किया जाए और nozzle के बारे में भी clear और definite update दिया जाए। Overall Rating: Poor / Unsatisfactory – खासकर After-Sales Service के मामले में। उम्मीद है कि इस feedback को सिर्फ पढ़कर छोड़ने के बजाय वास्तविक action लिया जाएगा और समस्या का समाधान किया जाएगा।

Best experience with jaliwala innovation

Very disappointing experience. I have been following up for almost a week just to get a quotation, but they still haven’t been able to provide even a basic quotation. Every day it’s “today” or “tomorrow,” and an entire week has passed. They claim to provide excellent service, but if a simple quotation cannot be prepared on time, it raises serious questions about their overall service quality. This kind of delay wastes the customer’s valuable time. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their process so that other customers don’t have to face the same experience.
