Illegal Extra Charges! Beware! NK Traders (Indore) is violating RBI and NPCI rules. They agreed to a final price of ₹1,100 for an Exide battery, but when I paid via RuPay Credit Card UPI, they illegally forced me to pay an extra 3% (₹33 extra). According to banking laws, merchants cannot charge customers extra fees for RuPay UPI payments. Their behavior is highly unprofessional and they are cheating customers. Do not pay them any extra money. I am reporting this transaction to the RBI portal. Avoid this shop!
