Worst Belgium waffle in life.There was no cleanliness. I received ice cold pancake after waiting for 15 minutes in outlet itself. Taste was also not upto the mark. This is a huge disappointment from such big brand. I would have given 0 star if there is an option.

The customer service provider was the worst. Few days back I went to his place, it was mid afternoon and there was only one customer there, out of the two screens which display the menu one screen was off this I was deciding the order( where I can only go through half of the options because of the second screen) on which the person on the counter VERY RUDELY said "JALDI BATAOO! ITNA TIME LE RAHE HAIN" on listening this I just left the place. This is not a way to treat customers. Had there been more people I would have understood it by myself but here. Not the kind of service I expect from the big brand Belgian Waffles. I really hope you educate and train your staff on customer service. The waffles here are delicious... Everything you could want in a waffle. Crisp on the outside, slightly soft in the centre. They have a lovely selection of waffles and serve it with ice cream if you wish. Only 3 flavours of ice cream to choose from though.... I would wish the seating were a little better. But if waffles are what you're craving, this is the right place to be.

Although the waffle was good they charged 120rs extra and didn't include it in bill. Also they didn't accepted student id card. Ac was not working properly. Although it was set on 20°C it felt like 32°C. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The taste is good. A little overpriced item but the experience is good. Their store is very crammed and uncomfortable. Not more than 3 people could dine in. Else you can sit in front of the store which has chairs for 3-4 people else take away and it in a car if you are lucky enough to find a parking in the super crowded area. Order type Dine in

No hygiene, only a single member was present in the name of staff and he was responsible for managing everything from billing to cooking waffles to managing swiggy/ zomato deliveries etc. He gave me and my friend uncooked waffle.
