Slow and unclear claims process led an agonising 2 months wait for my bike with Kawasaki Indore dealership, with whom they allegedly had a tie-up. I don't know what kind of tie-up it is, since it took them more than 1 month and 15 days after my bike was fixed for them to finally release money for my bike's approved claim. I don't blame who are working there, but a failure point in their business process.

I had an accident. After looking at the car the insurance people told me that it was a total loss. I bought a car from the market with my own money and was given a bill of Rs. 120000 but New India Insurance Company gave me Rs. 68000.
