We are very happy with the D500 Solar Tunnel Dryer from Raheja Food Processing Pvt. Ltd. It’s a reliable and energy-saving machine that has really improved our drying process. We work in banana and moringa dehydration, and this dryer has made our work easier and more efficient. Special thanks to Divya Ma'am for her great support and to the installation team for their quick and professional work.
Dryer quality is decent with few installation challenges but production support is good. We got interested with the buy back concept but product catalogue doesn't include all the vegetables. Also the price offered was very low as compared to its actual market rate. By the time our dried product was ready, it was removed from the list and had delivery pickup issues with the local centre.
Exceptional service and support from start to finish! I’d like to especially highlight the outstanding assistance provided by the Divya Sathe, who guided us through the entire process with remarkable patience and expertise. She took the time to explain every detail of the solar dehydrator, from technical specifications to operational guidance, ensuring we were fully informed and confident in our decision. Their dedication and clarity made a complex purchase feel simple. The logistic and technical teams were also incredibly responsive and professional. Highly recommended – a company that truly stands by its customers!
This company is not trustworthy. I purchased a 500 kg capacity solar dryer polyhouse from them. During the purchase, they guided me on the drying process for rose petals and assured me that they would buy my final product. Following their instructions, I processed the rose petals and sent the material to them. After receiving my product, they suddenly reduced the price and rejected nearly 70% of my petals without any proper explanation. Due to their misleading promises and lack of commitment, I suffered a financial loss of around ₹4.5 lakh. I am sharing my experience so that others can be careful before trusting this company.
