Not suitable for Window shopping. While individual buys They can't even afford to provide a carry bag. Why should I buy their carry bag everytime while other retailers provide it free of cost.

Poor experience because of around 20 to 30 customer in the store and only one bill section is on and if tell about minimum 3 bill sections on they didn't do and i don't know about how manager is not didn't and this dissatisfied for customers many customers waiting for long time at bill counter in season time they only use or open only 3 to 4 counters and in the dmart store have 8 counters Total what's the for not open maximum counters i don't know this is my wrost experience and even for many customers.Many customers have waited for 10 to 15 min. And remember time is money.

Very expensive! ❌Let me give an example, I purchase Duracell from here packet of 10 for ₹203 while it sell packet of 12 for ₹190 in market They have two high MRP than market and therefore provide discount data and reasonable/fake. This is their way to fool people and local small business suffer ever after working on low margin, and mostly letter are people go there to get their cut😂

This counter is supposed to be for customers with less than 10 items, but it doesn’t seem to work that way. I only had 5 items and still had to wait around 20 minutes for billing. The whole point of having a small-items counter is to make billing faster, but that didn’t happen here. Management should make sure this counter is used properly so customers with fewer items don’t have to wait unnecessarily
