Grah Shobha

The atmosphere of the shop is not good. The owner of shop talks in very bad way. Owner is very impolite and use to abuse their employees. This is the reason I quite my job from there.

Don't buy anything from Grah Shobha. Very Rude Behaviour with Customers. They behave good during selling the product, Later on when it comes to the return of the product they behave very badly with the customers. They talk in very cheap way.

They are biggest scammers . Do not visit them. Such a shame of the owner the way he talks to his customers. I have heard a customer complaining of not delivering the curtain on the promised date and delayed it by 15days. I had a major bill encounter they tried to earn more by misleading us.

It is a good shop, loads of options. Good product line and the people are always welcoming! I never hesitate in telling my clients to go ahead and buy from Grah Shobha (I am an Architect)

One of the worst place to buy fabric, sales person don't know how to talk with customer. They just want money, fabric ke bare mai baat nahi Karo. Bas payment kar do.I suggest not to waste your valuable time and money on this showroom. They treated customer like, Ye log customer par ahsaan kar rahe hai. I have ordered fabric on approx 11 or 12 th of Oct and sales person needs 5 days to delivery of fabric. But after 15 days they have not ordered the fabric..

You can buy a variety of fabrics (curtains, sofa fabrics, cushions and covers, etc.) for your home interior here. I felt some of the items are expensive compared to others around the area. Although, this is the only place I found where they place the fabric on the sofa to get a good feel of what you can expect.

I got my double heighted curtains installed from them.. one of them just fell down and it's been 5 days I have been asking them to send someone to get it right.. but their staff just cut my call and did not even bother to call back... Highly disappointed by their service..

Sales persons are behaving very rudely. We even talked to the owner but he doesn't care. Don't ever visit they all have attitude problem without anything to be proud of.

Frankly disappointed with service. Least interest in showing products properly less knowledge and moreover owner even don't care whether customer were satisfied or not.

Worst experience ever. Staff is very rude and even the owner doesn’t care about how the staff is behaving with paying customers. According to you i am telling a lie. This shows how you treat your customers. I have been shopping from your store since a long time and i obviously didn’t ask the sales person name. But that night i visited with my parents and we were looking for bedsheets but suddenly your salesperson refused to take out the product we selected and said (very rudely) that its out of our budget even when we never said what our budget was. We even discussed it with the person who was sitting in the owners chair and he did nothing and they never even apologised. Now if you want more clarification do let me know i can share the exact date and time. And stop saying and paying customers are fraud just because we commented on google because we did try to communicate hand to hand but you guys dont care.
