The workouts have been really beneficial for me. The trainers are very experienced and knowledgeable. They give personal attention to everyone and motivate us to achieve our potential.
Coaches at The CrossFit Core are absolute stars. Their dedication and enthusiasm towards workout are contagious. 3 years in to the programme but still every week, workouts feels fresh and exciting. The community of members is great. Group workouts are both challenging and fun. Five stars all the way !!
Crossfit is an exceptional fitness arena. They are incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Great fitness studio. The trainer is really good and there is a great mix of strength plus endurance training along with focus on overall agility and flexibility. It is not your run of a mill type of Gym where you're just lifting weights, rather it is a studio which focuses on all fitness related aspects. Highly recommended to anyone who is not just looking to build muscles but to transform themselves completely.
