I have ordered 2 sets from here one black co ord and another red and black imported one piece the black co ord they sent is good however order pack karne wala person is so irresponsible that red colour khetam ho gaya tha toh they didn’t even bother to call me ask me once before sending black and grey one piece they blindly send the black and grey colour instead of red and black when I complained about this after receiving my parcel there has been absolute no solution to this mess until now it’s been a week now to this I followed up trice with them on WhatsApp first follow up the reply from owner was he was giving me numbers 10/15 days to order red and other stuffs, rest 2 times he has not even seen my messages I reckon to buy clothes from them at ur own risk plz

3rd class behaviour they should not even be allowed to sell articles on rajwada No etiquettes No manners No idea of customer handling also the articles here are used and pathetic.

Few weeks back visited the store after seeing the social media post and checked the collection online beforehand which i liked so much.it was my birthday for which i visited and wanted to try and buy a few articles,came home back 2 pieces which i was not very happy with.the thing is when i went to the store the owner was not so okay with showing or letting me check the collection,each piece i picked out of my choice she denied letting me try by saying won't fit you while i knew it'd fit me well do i kept everything back then later one staff member asked me how many pieces will you buy to which i was super shocked bcz as a customer i felt very disrepectful and disheartened for not being able to a)try any articke i wished to b)staff member asking me how many articles i will buy c)i asked to show me some denim pieces to which i was not getting any response for almost 4-5 times because therr were other customers who were buying more quantities in comparision to mine.Since then i decided to never go back.it was very embarassing and hurtful for me to be there.
