Max - Gopur Square, Indore

Recently i visited this outlet to shop for my wife but poor staff behaviour. On the floor i was the only customer and three four female staff was there but no one came to attend us i waited 5 minutes but they were busy in chit chatting together so i exit immediately.

2 star because staff don't know about discount offers provided by company on gopur square showroom. I know my available discount when visit TI showroom.

Nice experience in max gopur

You can shop for Men's/Women's/ kids apparels. Ethnics here are less, just an average collection. Not so wow not so bad. • Showroom also have accessories such that perfumes, bracelets, rings, hair clips and rubber band. • Footwears are also available. 👡🥿👟 • Sport fits are also here which I loved about this. 💖 [Sport t-shirts, lowers are available for kids (upto 14 yrs) and for adults both ] [Girls can easily shop Sport-bra with pants and jackets here] 🏷 Even, I got two offer coupons from my previous shopping in which I can get some percent discount on kids section and footwear. 🛍 Also, Need more billing counters to avoid queue. ⚠️

Good place for shopping all different kinds of apparels. Men women kids sections which has various options. But the western section has limited stocks. Also the shoe section is having less variety.

Costly, poor customer service

Poor staff behavior during product exchange. Lack of courtesy and professionalism.

Third class store very bad cloths provide max are cheapest service. This showroom is dishonest. They are selling torn and damaged clothes. When I asked for a return, they refused to give a refund and instead forced me to exchange the item. I still had ₹50 in store credit, but they asked me to pay another ₹150 to buy a ₹200 item. This is unfair and feels like a fraud. I am very disappointed with their service and would not recommend this showroom.

New collection update for tha store and visit again

I like this place.... wide range to chose from... good experience of shopping
