The hotel's location on the fifth floor of a commercial motor market. Near to station but 😫 the service was deplorable, and it felt like a waste of money 💸. Absolutely not recommend at all👎. Rooms: 4 Service: 2 Location: 2

Property it self is built nicely, but it is disappointing to see it is not being maintained properly. There is bad smell in the bathroom though it was cleaned yet there was smell coming from the duct. I had 4 room booked at a time 2 were smelling i had to change them yet one room was getting bad smell. They should be doing good job in maintaining the room. Also i found black fungus on the curtain furniture below AC meaning ac was leaking at some time and got black fungus. I am absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their friendly, courteous, and homely approach. Everyone is so approachable that you instantly feel at ease. A special mention to Mr. Aryan, who manages everything so efficiently and humbly—you can truly sense his dedication, which makes you want to come back again. My parents and wife found this place comfortable. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures—I personally verified this before booking, and it was reassuring to see such honesty. The location is another big plus: right in the heart of the city and very well connected to all major spots in Indore. There are a few small areas where the experience could be made even better, such as arranging breakfast a bit earlier around the standard 8 a.m. time, having cleaner and well-marked parking spaces in the basement, and paying a little more attention to cleanliness in toilet seats and corners. That said, the team is doing a commendable job overall and is clearly moving in the right direction. Thank you, Hotel PTC, for making our stay in Indore so comfortable and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely choose your hotel again on our next visit to the city. This is the worst hotel we have booked till now. Linens are not clean, room is not clean, washrooms are not clean. Honestly if some body will ask u to stay free of cost then also don’t stay. They have allocated incorrect room to us. When we complained they were like this is the only room left. Extremely Disappointing Experience Booked Townhouse Oak PTC Hotel through OYO (Booking ID: VD995244) after seeing the excellent pictures shared during booking. Unfortunately, the actual room was completely different. * Room smelly and unhygienic * Bathroom/toilet dirty with paan masala stains * Torn and dirty towels * Cockroaches all over the room * Around 5 hours without electricity, fan or AC, with no proper backup * AC was very noisy and cooling was poor * Requested a room change, but Room 524 had no proper door lock, while Room 517 had cockroaches on the bed I was initially also given incorrect information regarding late checkout and had to argue with OYO/property before the 30% extra charge was finally accepted. The entire night was extremely uncomfortable. I could not sleep properly and even felt uncomfortable using the bathroom. Money completely wasted. My advice: If you are planning a full-night stay, please think twice before booking this property. Don’t judge it by the reception area or online pictures—check the actual room before accepting it. I am so surprised that this is OYO property and OYO is taking the booking for this property with pride. Spacious room, but not worth the price. We booked this hotel after seeing a lower rate online, but on arrival we were shown a different superior room priced at 2,800 instead of the 1,700 listed online. The room was spacious and suitable for three people, with AC and an extra mattress, but the building felt old from the inside, though renovated. The washroom door lock was broken, and there were mosquitoes at night. We stayed only for 6 to 8 hours, and considering the condition and price, it did not feel worth it.

Very disappointing experience at Hotel PTC One. We visited the hotel with family and were initially shown two rooms — Room No. 505 as a Classic category and Room No. 527 as a Deluxe category. The Classic room price was ₹2000 and Deluxe was ₹3000. After bargaining, we paid ₹2500 for the Deluxe room. After staying for nearly 2 hours, we realized the AC was not working properly at all. We complained to the reception 3–4 times. Staff members repeatedly came to the room and kept insisting the AC was working fine, but the room was still not cooling even after 30 minutes. Finally, they shifted us to Room No. 501, which they themselves admitted was from the Classic category line, but they completely denied returning the ₹500 difference amount. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Room cleanliness was very poor, washroom had a bad smell, beds were uncomfortable, and overall hygiene standards were unacceptable. Even basic facilities like sealed drinking water bottles were not available. The surrounding area and hotel complex also did not feel safe for families, especially for women and children. Overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and not suitable for family stay. This hotel is a complete waste of money. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to families or any travelers.
