Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, High-tech

Very bad experience Bathrum me pani nahi caretaker drink karke no response .
this is place is very fine & great to do hangout with friends and family. the environment is also good over here but the problem is with the care taker, actually he is a thief, he stole our stuff and very greedy for money, and its owner who always pretend to be very generous with everyone but he is not; because of the poor furniture quality my friend slipped so badly from chair that he could almost broke his ankle. thankfully he is well & good. when we explain all this scenario to the owner. he did not even show some sympathy.... & eagerly asked for money of the damaged good which is actually 3x amount of the original one. swimming pool is not even clean, we help that dada to clean the pool, so we can swim.over all experienced just above average bcz of the great site and environment.🤩🤟
The place is located far from Indore but the roads that lead to the location are really good and hence drive will be smooth. The property is well constructed, however, not at all maintained. The swimming pool is really dirty, you will find the same dirty pool in various photos posted on Google too so sure that they don't clean it. We asked the owner to get it done and all he asked caretaker to do was add more chemicals. Further, there would be frequent powercuts in the facility and it would be pitch dark then. Inverter is there but works on very few lights, none of which is in common area. Only 2 rooms in the entire house have AC so if you plan to go in summers, either be in those rooms or in the dirty pool. Biggest problem is the caretaker. He will interfere again and again, come to the pool/ inside the house, even when you don't ask for him and that gets annoying. Trip type Vacation Travel group Friends Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 3
