Worst PG Stay Ever.. No basic amenities like gas, kettle, fridge etc.were provided to cook tea, coffee, little food etc. I asked the owners to give some warm water and keep my small things in fridge , i was given a rude answer to buy all the stuff like induction, kettle, fridge by myself. For 1 month stay i couldn't get proper geyser and had to bath in cold water in month of January. On complaining about it, i again used to get rude replies from owners that i didnt use it properly and thats why it got broken. On top of that we ourselves had to pay for the cleaning, electricity charges etc. I never had to experience such a horrendous stay in my life.

I stayed here and they made sure that my stay to be worst… anupama named girl who manages she is very rude when i told my problem she rudely replied and told me illiterate and other bad things, and no other person will help you …. They charged 6500per month but don’t even provide basic cleanliness..they told tv is working but it never worked ….we have to clean room bu ourself only electricity charge is also excluded and they have no manners she even denied to give caution money. I always talked with respect but they always replied disrespectfully. I am so disappointed.

I've been living in this PG from almost 2 years, my experience is good. The environment and security in this pg is good. The behaviour of owner and staff is really nice and they listen to our problems. The rooms are well organised and designed. Plus, the area around the place is safe. ✨

Worst experience ever the behavior of the owner and the incharge is very bad towards the tenants the incharge named Kamlesh had no sense of communication he is rude and I'll mannered they take money for everything, even though they don't even give you basic amenities like water, electricity, washing machine etc. But they don't even provide these facilities at the time of giving my refund back they try to cut all the amount of the refund for few little things they take money from tenant. If there is any problem in the room or in the whole building. They took money from girls to repair the washing machine but it didn't got repaired ever. The owner is a greedy person. she don't even care about the tenants and never look at the problems. She just want money.... worst place to live.

Highly unprofessional and disappointing experience. I stayed in this PG and the owner’s behaviour was extremely careless and biased. She shifted her friend into my room without my consent, without any agreement, and expected me to share my personal things, induction and other belongings. The room was originally double sharing,which even caused hygiene issues like lice. Even after informing her one month in advance that I would be leaving, she refused to return my half deposit, saying I “didn’t say it clearly.” When I first came to book the PG, she showed me a room, took advance for it, and later gave that room to someone else. Every time I asked her to show other rooms, she avoided it, but the moment I decided to leave, she suddenly offered me the same room I originally booked. On top of this, my electricity bill was over-calculated without any proper explanation. This PG is not transparent, not safe, and extremely mismanaged. I would not recommend anyone to stay here to avoid stress, financial loss

Overall, I had a really good experience staying here. The place is well-maintained and comfortable. The caretaker is very polite and helpful, which made the stay even better. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a hassle-free stay.
