Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Gopalsingh Tomar who is Front Office Manager was always there to guide us and suggest you a lot of things and places since it was our first visit to Indore. Varsha from the service team at the restaurant was very helpful as well. Divyani from the front desk always had a smile on her face which seemed very welcoming and she always helped us by answering the questions which were been asked. Overall an amazing 5 day experience. Hi, I am Pawan Kumar Sharma. I stayed at this hotel for about 15 days—specifically in their most expensive room, the Executive Suite (Room 002). First of all, guests aren't valued here; I found the experience very unpleasant. Even though I stayed in their priciest room (002) for 15 days, there was a rat in there. I reported it two or three times, but they denied it. Eventually, I had to handle it myself by stuffing tissues into the gap in the TV panel where the rat was entering. I had to constantly ask for cleaning to be done. Whenever I ordered something, staff would walk right into the room—even wearing their outdoor shoes. I overlooked a lot of things, but what really upset me was how they take advantage of a guest's situation. They knew I was staying there. On the day I checked out, I returned around 1:00 AM to check in again; I only needed the room for the night—from 1:00 AM to 11:00 AM (about 10 hours). I was shocked when I asked about the rate; they insisted on charging for a full day. I explained that I only needed it for the night and asked if they could halve the rent, given that I had already stayed for 15 days and paid a total of ₹70,000. I pleaded with them in the middle of the night, but they wouldn't budge. Initially, they suggested Room 001 for a full-day charge of ₹4,500, then offered to lower it to ₹4,000. They mentioned a premium room for ₹3,500. I asked if they could do it for ₹2,500 or ₹3,000, but they refused. There is simply no regard for the guest here—no value placed on a long-term customer. It wasn't about the ₹500 difference; I would have paid it. I realized that customer value means nothing here; someone stayed at your place for so long, yet you failed to value them—this was the worst experience I’ve had here.
