Not mentioned in policy at the time of booking, but they only entertain group of 10 people. On the other hand, There is no pool, rather it is a big bath tub, No other amenities was noticed, indoor games was available, but paying Rs. 700 for food and games don't worth it. Wooden room was okey.... Heavy fare...... Not good experience

ECO Holiday Farms Location: Easy to find on Google and it is situation on main road only, in Sannod Village next to Kanadia Village near by Near hardly 20-27 km, and roads are good and in some parts road construction is going on. Near by Location/Landmark: Bijasan Mata Mandir, Sannod Village, Indore. About Place: 1. Resort is very nice. 2. Well managed. 3. Still some construction is going on but that is for expansion, like permanent construction which will going private swimming pool and spacious room. 4. Currently 3 cottages are there and they also having very spacious with attach washrooms. 5. Having good swimmingly for both young and children with normal depth. 6. Space for rain dance. 7. Main thing they have proper bar counter there and this permanent one, you people can carry your alcohol and enjoy. 8. Outside food are not allowed. 9. Proper sitting arrangements. 10. They have tent system as well and that you can also use for stay. 11. For childer there are playing options. 12. Food quality is also good and fresh. 13. There is huge garden and in that you can enjoy cricket football. 14. They have some internal sports activities also. 15. Non veg is not allowed only pure veg. Service: 1. Staffs are very good and so helpful and polite. 2. They have DJ system as well. 3. Yes there is no WIFI there. 4. Some network service providers Service is low. awesome resort!!! tents are available pool is clean dance floor is also available,but till 9 pm only they will play.better to take pendrive filled with songs of our choice.food is delicious.

They charge 700 per person. And here is what you get - No space to sit inside. We had kids with us and had to sit under the shade or in the lawn. The game room is a joke with ceiling that is probably 7 feet with a slanted floor and no room to sit. Swimming pool is also a joke, its actually a tub (not cemented) with the stairs that you will be stuck in. Food was just ok. They claim to have dedicated time for families for swimming pool use but we were not told that. If it weren't for a family trip I would have gone somewhere else.

This is the worst place to visit. We came from Bhopal but this place had nothing more than an worst experience here. Washrooms were bad, it did not had water..flush wasn't working. Rooms were so dirty.. it had all kind of lizards and mosquitoes. Refrigerator was smelling in our rooms.. it also had mosquitoes in it. Staff was so rude and bad, we had to really beg for everything to get done and irony is were paying for everything. Worst place is this.. this place does not deserve even a 1 star.

“I dislike this "resort" waste of money overall” Let me start by saying that although it is named as a resort, it is not one.In comparison to their facility, they charge a lot. From Indore City, it is too far away. You cannot travel by taxi since you will not be able to obtain transportation to return after traveling by taxi. Asking the hotel to drop you off will result in a fee of between Rs 1,000 to 1,200 approx. Nothing is Operational , such as the rain dance, the Rain DJ, the common Dirty pool, and the fact that no one is present to run it. The room is decent overall, however there were no tea or coffee packets and the electric kettle was unclean when we checked in. There are no towels in the restroom (we call, and they deliver).The only bathroom amenity is Shower Gell. (I'm only comparing that based on their fees.) We also ordered food, which was good for the price in terms of both taste and quantity.I believe that the external Hut-style design of this “resort” is the sole thing that draws visitors.It feels more like I'm eating in a dhaba than a hotel when it comes to breakfast, which is complementary and includes poha, chai, paratha, and dahi.There wasn't much of a crowd, and there were just about 4 staff members.The telephone does not function, and there is no wifi. Worst! Doesn't even deserve one star. we were lured by the apparent beautiful exterior but it was the worst hospitality experience ever. Their pathetic services spoiled our trip. After we checked in, we discovered our room was a airless filth hole with a rat, a lizard and bed bugs! showers not working, ac not working properly, power cuts every hour!!! staff was deaf! we literally had to ask them 10 times to get anything done (be it food or any other service). They are well overpriced for the slum that it is! pretty much everything was wrong with this place. AVOID!!!!!
