Worst place to stay at the given price. Overtly overrated. Don't go in summers. They have frequent and massive power cuts and have no back up for the same. Rooms are just OK. There wasn't any almirah in our glass room. Doors to the balcony were jammed. Food was just fine. Service in restaurant was horrible. Asked for water but wasn't served. Asked for cold water but wasn't served. Restaurant outdoors in scorching sun made it more undesirable. There should be some indoor arrangement in summers. Vintage and deluxe rooms were small and had several doors. Tent rooms are translucent and very tiny. Be careful at night. No rooms had intercom telephone system and if we had to contact with reception, use your mobiles. Room service is not available. Swimming pool and Kerala spa are the only saving grace of the place. The hotel management is very very very very very poor. We will never go back again and counsel friends and family not to do so also. Travel group Friends Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2
Unwind#UNSAFE resort Booking date Friday, 21/06/24 my birthday, scariest night I had in a resort... Only 2 more booking were there with us...tent rooms near pool were vacant except ours...only guard was sitting outside.. At night 1 am arround..loud music started with all loud party songs..4 to 6 boys group came from no where and started there party with loud talks ..abusive languages..and lot of disturbance just outside our tent..no landline in room and ...indore office no. Was not reachable..they were totally drunk...we just peeped out from a tent room and saw everything..we were scared to go out and say anything as only guard was there in extra person ...and we were scared to rely on anyone as how could they let bachelors to party like this in a family resort place that too at late hrs 1am..It continued till morning 4am..Had a 2 yr kid with us..we were totally scared with loud shouting voices and abusive language..and in tent room everything was so audible....worst experience...we panicked... afterwards we came to know they were sponsored youtubers..but how could resort people let such people do all such nuisance at late hrs...no concern for guest..waste of money..
