Dr. Poonam is a nice doctor , she has friendly and humble behavior . She prescribes less medicines and best treatment .
Great experience in medication because of very friendly and caring behaviour of Dr . Poonam also I had my recovery very fast with her recommendations.
Really appreciate for the time she takes to listen to us completely. Her medicines are mild and recovery is also fast. There is a personal care in the treatment. Now she is our family doctor.
Best doctor not only in Nipania but i think in Indore. She helped treating my wife at the time when all Nipania doctors are on leave and simply put the phone down without even offering to help on phone. Dr. Poonam was also not in the city at time but she listened to my wife problems on phone very patiently and prescribed medicines on whatsapp and even denied to take any consultation fees at that time. Her medicines were very very effective. She also asked to update her on whatsapp about my wife's health regularly. When she came back next day i took my wife to her clinic for check up and she was very soft spoken and cooperative. My wife recovered 90% from her medicines in course of 3 days. I recommend her fully.
She is a very good and accommodative doctor who is always available for her patients.. she treats patients with utmost care..

Dr. Poonam, apart from being greatly experienced, is also the most empathetic doctor ever! She connects with her patients and listens to them. The diagnosis and treatment she provides is very structured and catered to the lifestyle of the patient, thus helping in quick recovery. Must visit.
